Who we are
DR MELVINA METOCHI
Founder
With 25+ years working in international HR spanning corporate, private and public sectors I set up Metochi Consulting to focus on supporting businesses navigate key transitions successfully and achieve sustainable growth. Through numerous conversations with business leaders and owners over many years, I recognised the need for tailored solutions and a trusted, strategic partner to help provide pragmatic, impactful people solutions to what may seem like intractable problems.
My background in industry and the corporate sector includes senior HR roles for FTSE 100 organisation, with both global and regional responsibilities across regulated entities in UK, Europe, North America and Middle East. These experiences coupled with my first hand experience in a family business, have provided me with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by business leaders and owners.
It is particularly rewarding to see the tangible impact of the support and advice in helping businesses move forward.
